The Ministry of Interior will not accept any deposit of files from February the 15th to the 24th.
As per verbal information received (no written announcement yet), there will be technical reforms. Please see below the changes that are anticipated:

Following the deposit, the applicant will need to visit the Ministry and have his/her fingertips taken.
The permits will be in the form of a card (like the driving license)
