Non-EU Intra- Company Transfer: publication of Ministerial Decision
Greece has published a Ministerial Decision concerning Non-EU Intra- Company Transfer today, October the 2nd.
Following our alert concerning the voting of Law for Non-EU Intra- Company Transfer back in May, 2018, this is to update you on the publication of the Ministerial Decision (Government Gazette 4366/01.10.2018).
Within the following days, an internal ministerial circular is expected to be published and distributed to the competent public authorities. This circular will contain clarifications on the process of all types of Intra- Company Transfer applications.
Corporate Relocations will provide further updates, as soon as the circular becomes available and applications start being accepted by the Ministry of Migration.
