The draft law on the adaptation of Greek legislation to Directive (EU) 2016/801 has been submitted to Greek Parliament.
The Directive lays down the conditions of entrance and residence in the Greek territory for a period exceeding 90 days of third-country nationals for the purpose of research, studies, training, voluntary service, secondary education and au pairing, as well as the rights of the said third-country nationals and their families (where appropriate).
