For us who work in the relocation industry it is very well known that usually the relationship with the assignee starts officially with an authorization letter or a written declaration.

Until now everything was pretty much straight forward, something that changed after the pandemic of COVID 19 (March 2020).

We are happy that the Ministry of Digital Governance initiated the platform gov.gr now.

This way, the physical presence in various public sectors will be minimized.

We found out (together with a dear assignee), that the site is challenging for non Greek speakers. Furthermore the police now can easily claim that since this service is online there is no reason to visit the police department for these issuances.

We prepared a manual for easier reference which explains step by step relevant procedure.
