Non-EU Intra- Company Transfer: publication of Internal Ministerial Circular
Greece has published the internal Ministerial Circular concerning Non-EU Intra- Company Transfer today, November the 8th.
This is the final step as the authorities will be able to accept submission of files of Non-EU nationals being under home payroll and coming to Greece for Intra company transfer purposes.
The Circular describes:
– applicable categories
– the procedure for the Intra- Company transferees
– several requirements to be met
– document’s clarification
– clarifications on the duration of the ICT permit and allowed mobility
– determination of stamp duties
– indication on the competent Greek authority for such applications
It also provides information for the family members of an Intra- Company transferee and gives instructions to the officials on handling of these applications.
