CONTINUITY PLAN | COVID-19

Corporate Relocations greatest concern is the safety and wellbeing of our employees, colleagues, clients and partners. So we sat down as a team and decided on the following measures and actions effective immediately:

What services can be provided (begin March 2020, update June 2020, March 2021)

-We do continue to provide our normal services where possible ensuring that meeting with the assignees takes place only when and where necessary.

-Before each service we inform all relevant parties on the special conditions and upon meeting, we hand out our covid welcome manual kit.

-We are also happy to inform you that we have prepared a manual for non-native Greeks with instructions on the virtual verification of signature procedure on an authorization or written declaration, as our governments website is only in Greek. Please find it herewith for your reference: https://corporaterelocations.gr/manual-for-non-greek-speakers/

Restrictions during the provision of services – New working practices (June 2020 onwards)

-All employees work from home.

-Our team is fully equipped with all necessary equipment (ie. masks, gloves, shoe covers, sanitizers) and is ready to use them, depending on the circumstances.

-When a meeting with an assignee has to take place (ie. during a check-in inspection), we do make sure to keep 1,5 distance between the present parties and we strongly recommend for all to wear masks.

-Escorting services: When we need to transfer an assignee with the car, we do allow only for 1 person to be in the car (except from the driver), sitting in the back seat, diagonally from the driver’s seat and it is recommended for both persons to wear a mask. If there are more family members, we do insist to use two vehicles.

-Our corporate car has a Covid-19 kit including all necessary equipment (ie. sanitizing equipment, masks, gloves, etc.) to be provided when the time comes.

-We do provide virtual services where possible. For a home finding case for example, we arrange with the estate agent and/or a member of our team to visit the houses on behalf of the assignee and make video calls in order to view the house virtually.

IT facilities (February 2020 onwards)

Work is undertaken remotely at any time:

– Corporate Relocations’ IT facilities do meet all security standards and can guarantee remote work. (laptops with cameras, MS office 365)

– All CR employees are trained accordingly and can work from home at any time.

– Telephone center can also be managed remotely (VOIP)

– Remote meetings can take place (MS teams)

-calls are arranged with our designated telephone line if needed

..remote work has already started!

Meetings with clients/Travelling (February 2020)

All international travels by Corporate Relocations employees, are reported to the Management team in order for all relevant actions take place.

Corporate relocations important actions (February 2020 onwards)

During the pandemic lockdown we have kept in touch with our customers being or not in Greece.  We understand that being in a different country than your home is at least challenging; we welcome anyone who wishes to communicate for any reason we can help with; it is the least we can do during these unprecedented times we all share.
