Today, the Ministry of Migration in Athens announced the lift of the suspension of pending renewals of permits according to Migration Law 4251/2014 art 16, 20B (Golden Visa- Investment Law) submitted by Russian and Belarusian citizens, including their family members.
Furthermore, the below categories are also lifted:
–Renewal and initial applications for work/residence permits which fall under the category of “business executives’’ (art. 17 Managerial positions).
However, new applications for residence permits of investment categories coming from citizens of the Russian Federation and Belarus are still suspended.
