Greece has recently implemented Directive 2018/957 (by virtue of The Presidential Decree 30/2021.)

The following amendments are introduced:

  1. Salary requirements: the salary of the posted workers should comply with the country’s minimum salary;
  2. Professional expenses: The accommodation, travel expenses, allowances and reimbursement of any professional expenses should be covered by the employer​;
  3. Long term posting: For posting with duration longer than 12 or 18 months, a special and more detailed set of rules under the Greek labor law will apply.
